Bill To expand “Ali Act” to MMA introduced in Congress

The long rumored attempt to expand the protections of the “Ali Act” to MMA have now taken the first formal steps with bill 5365 being introduced in the us house of representatives by Republican MarkWayne Mullin.

The Bill, Camiseta Feyenoord titled, “To amend the professional Boxing safety Act of 1996 to include fighters of combat sports in the safety provisions of such Act” appears to have some level of bipartisan support being co-sponsored by Democrat Joseph P. Kennedy.

The text of the bill is not yet available but I will additionally report on this development once it is Camiseta Yokohama F. Marinos publicly released.
