I had a hectic morning as well as have to rush out to my brother’s Christmas show in 10 minutes. Lunch was the usual random salad mix with an apple as well as half a Quest bar for dessert. (TJ’s egg white salad on top.)

Sweeney: I like mixing it up. I’m running to enjoy being outside, hiking with my family, as well as doing a lot of stamina training work. soon I’ll be back on the ski slopes as well as can’t wait to add that to my workout routine.

RER: What did you eat yesterday for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks?

Sweeney: I’m quite predictable. everyday I have some oatmeal with cinnamon, agave, as Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Marruecos well as blueberries.

For lunch I had grilled poultry with veggies & quinoa. 

For a mid-afternoon snack I had apple slices with almond butter.

For dinner I marinated shrimp that Dave (my husband) grilled over a mixed eco-friendly salad with apples, avocado as well as a fig balsamic dressing.

My go-to snack on the go is a handful of almonds.

RER: What is the very best thing you discovered from working with the biggest Loser fitness instructors as well as contestants?

Sweeney: I’m constantly influenced by the contestants as well as fitness instructors to push myself beyond what I believe I can do as well as to consistently difficulty myself. If the contestants can run a marathon, so should I as well as the exact Camiseta Feyenoord same with triathlons, weight training, etc.

RER: What’s your preferred sandwich?

Sweeney: I’m a huge fan of a grilled poultry sandwich on Oroweat bread with hummus (instead of mayonnaise) packed with avocado, cucumber, carrots as well as lettuce. It’s so satisfying as well as has such a excellent crunch.
